Assistant Manager - Customer Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication with the Principal office
  • Maintain strong rapport with Trade and Pricing desks
  • Lead and support the team while adhering to KPIs and SOPs
  • Ensure optimal vessel space allocation across all sectors
  • Analyze market information and update management and principal
  • Create CRRS in the Principal pricing module accurately and timely
  • Monitor competitor and customer activity, staying ahead of market trends

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent marketing qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Customer Service Executive
  • Maintains cordial relationships with MLOs, NVOCCs, and customers
  • Fair command of spoken and written English
